Anything at all — a bug, an idea, a verse that reads wrong:
benderlio@gmail.com. You can also use
Settings → Send feedback inside the app, which sends the same message
along with your app version so a problem is easier to find.
We answer in English.
Common questions
- How do I tear off a page?
- Draw a finger across the sheet, from either side, or lift it by a bottom corner.
One page a day: tomorrow's is underneath.
- Where do the pages I tore go?
- Into History — the strip under the calendar, and the month grid behind the History
tab. Tap any page to read it again. Tap the ribbon to keep a verse.
- How do I change the reminder time?
- The bell in the top-left corner. Reminders can also be turned off there entirely.
- I paid, and the app still asks me to.
- Open the paywall and use Restore. Purchases are tied to your Apple
Account, so make sure you are signed in with the one you bought it on.
- How do I cancel a subscription?
- iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → DayRite. Cancelling stops the renewal;
the days you have already paid for stay yours.
- I lost my pages after reinstalling.
- Pages live on the device only, so deleting the app deletes them. Your purchase is
not lost — restore it as above.
- Can I get it in another language?
- Not yet. DayRite is in English today.
